Running every Thursday evening from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM, this four-week series is designed to help you stay warm, energised, and balanced as we move into the colder season.
Qigong (pronounced chee-gong) is an ancient Chinese practice combining gentle movement, breath, and meditation to cultivate energy, promote relaxation, and support overall well-being. The Winter Warmer series focuses on specific forms chosen to help warm the body, strengthen the respiratory system, and boost vitality—essential as we transition into winter.
This course is suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners. Whether you’re new to Qigong or looking to deepen your practice, the sessions are tailored to meet you where you are.
As the days get shorter and we approach the busyness of December, this is a wonderful time to slow down, focus on self-care, and give yourself space to recharge in a friendly, supportive environment. The practice is both energizing and restorative, helping you stay resilient throughout the winter.
Rakhee is an experienced Qigong and yoga teacher who regularly teaches at TOSH, offering classes and courses throughout the year. Her work emphasizes well-being, creativity, and mindful connection to nature’s rhythms, making her sessions a perfect fit for this creative community space.
