This is the first event of the Regenerative Nomads Herbal Series.

During this 2 hour workshop, we will connect to our roots and expand our ideas of community. To start talking about healing plants, we first need to acknowledge our origins. This is a wellness workshop that will set the foundations for the following workshops of the Regenerative Nomads Herbal series. 

We will start with an immersive sound experience, discover more about our ancestry, learn about herbal extractions and make an herbal glycerite to take home.

You will leave feeling more connected to your environment, knowing that your family and community have expanded.

Bio

Monica Bonomo is an artist and a herbalist. Her offerings are a blend of these two worlds. During her workshops, you can expect sensory experiences led by reflective group exercises, to learn about medicinal plant knowledge and hands-on medicine-making practices. The Regenerative Nomads Herbal Series workshops are community-led and self-empowering, inclusive and non-hierarchical, where every participant has a voice and we can all learn together.
