This is the first event of the Regenerative Nomads Herbal Series. During this 3 hour workshop, we will connect to our roots through memory and reflection, expanding our ideas of community while learning about Nourishing Traditions. This wellness workshop welcomes anyone who wishes to expand their connections to the plants, starting from the foundations of Herbalism.

We will start with an immersive sound experience, discover more about our ancestry, reflect on the Wise Woman Tradition, learn about herbal extractions and make a herbal glycerite to take home.

Bio

Monica Bonomo is an artist and a herbalist. Her offerings are a blend of these two worlds. During her workshops, you can expect sensory experiences led by reflective group exercises, to learn about plants, conscious beings, and hands-on medicine-making practices. The Regenerative Nomads Herbal Series workshops are community-led and self-empowering, inclusive and non-hierarchical, where every participant has a voice and we can all learn together.
