Pilates is a low impact exercise method offering mind and body conditioning. It builds strength and flexibility within the body, helping you find and maintain better posture, mobility, joint stability and ease of movement. By targeting the core deep abdominal and postural muscles you are literally building strength from the inside out, assisting with everyday functional movement, improving your athletic abilities and future proofing your body. Mindful movement makes pilates a safe and efficient way to exercise for everyone.

Class Timings:

6pm-7pm weekly on Thursdays

£10 per 55 min session
