Finding Light within Autumn...

Join us in honouring the Autumnal season with a guided Cacao Ceremony lead by Amber, followed by an art & music session with Ana Clara & Dippy Bamba.

What to expect:

-Ceremonial Grade Cacao (with seasonal nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves & ginger) VEGAN FRIENDLY, any allergies please let us know
-Guided Cacao Ceremony focused around honouring your needs during the transition into Autumn
-Yummy Teas
-Seasonal Art (Materials will be provided, but feel free to bring extras)
-Interactive Live Music (Bring any instruments, you'd like, but there will be lots available )
-Optional Sharing Circle at the end
