You will learn how to harness the power of your breath for relaxation, stress relief and overall well-being. This in-person event will be using Breathwork, Qi Gong and gentle movement to help you connect with your body on a deeper level, tuning in to start to contemplate healing yourselves.
You will understand the traditional uses of herbal medicine and plant energetics, and how you can apply them to soothe your nervous system.
You will leave this short workshop with an understanding of the benefits of some specially selected herbs, as well as best preparation and harvesting methods. This is along with some breathwork techniques which you can practice anytime to instantly bring yourself into your body, and out of your mind.
