Why meditate? Heartfulness meditation does reduce stress, improve sleep, regulates heart rate, and promotes a positive mood. But is that all there is to it? What more can we strive for? Are there finite goal(s) to achieve?
Join our group for a relaxed hour and a half of discussion, guided exercises as well as core Heartfulness practices … there will also be time to connect and chat around a warm drink.
Heartfulness is a set of meditation practices derived from Raja Yoga, adapting ancient techniques to modern ways of life. It is a gentle, effective system that aims to balance the mind, and foster simplicity and clarity.
Open to all above 18 years old – beginners and seasoned meditators alike.
