We have all heard of Chakras, often mentioned as centres of energy located at different places within the human system. These form a network best described as the spiritual anatomy of a human being. How does the mind affect the chakra system? How are thoughts, emotions and chakras related? What to look for during meditation?
This session will include a short talk, relaxation, and meditation … there will also be time to connect and chat around a warm drink.
Heartfulness is a set of meditation practices derived from Raja Yoga, adapting ancient techniques to modern ways of life. It is a gentle, self-moderating system that aims to balance the mind and foster simplicity and clarity. Over time we develop empathy and compassion, greater self-awareness and happiness.
