Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice that blends gentle movements, breathing techniques, and meditation to cultivate and balance your body’s vital energy, or "Qi". This practice enhances physical and mental wellbeing, promoting relaxation and inner peace.

Led by Rakhee, an experienced instructor who has previously run successful classes at this venue, the sessions are joyful, accessible, and tailored to support your growth and relaxation. Each week, we'll delve into the five phases of Qigong and explore their connections to organ systems and meridians, all through mindful movement and meditation.
