Event description

Join us for an enchanting workshop this Samhain, where you’ll connect deeply with the magical and healing properties of Mugwort, Rosemary and Sage! Discover how these sacred herbs can enhance your intuition, offer protection, and promote emotional well-being as we gather in a sacred space to honour the veil between worlds.

Through guided meditations, introduction to herbal medicine, and shared ritual, you will learn to harness the power of these plants for personal growth and spiritual connection. Embrace the spirit of the season, and leave with the knowledge and tools to cultivate your own healing and magical practices.

No experience is necessary and all materials will be provided.

Please note spaces are limited for this workshop so please make sure you can stay for the duration of the event and let us know in advance if you can no longer make it.

All things Foraging

Lola grew up in Poland and began her foraging journey as a young child. Her passion was brought back to life around 5 years ago and inspired her to delve deep into the healing power of plants and nature. She is a registered nurse and has always worked with and for the people, and she is passionate about helping people live healthier, happier and more natural lives in tune with mother nature. Lola is part of the community collective All Things Foraging, always welcoming collaboration with others to spread the message of natural healing, love and unity with nature.

Regenerative Nomads (ReNo)

Regenerative Nomads (ReNo) is an artist-led initiative grounded in the principles of deep ecology, which acknowledges the intrinsic value of all living beings. ReNo seeks to foster regenerative practices for social change, exploring alternative ways of living that prioritise the creation and preservation of biodiverse environments.

Plants play an active, guiding role in the collective, inviting collaborators to co-create alongside them. The agency of the plants is central to ReNo’s mission—they are dynamic participants shaping each project. With every shift in collaboration, the plants remain constant, leading the way in exploring the interdependence between human and non-human life.

ReNo’s work extends beyond ecological awareness to recognize the rights of all beings and the wellness that comes from living in harmony with the Earth. It advocates for clean, safe environments, access to nutritious food, and the empowerment that comes from ancestral knowledge and collective action. Deep ecology underscores the need for a holistic approach, where the wellness of one is tied to the wellness of all.

At its heart, ReNo embodies unity, collaboration, and community, where human and plant actors co-create regenerative solutions for a sustainable future.

This workshop is a public programme event as part of the Access BEAF Exhibition, 'Connected Grounds'.
